I am Mithun Raichur from Davabagere. I studied at Anmol Science Pre University College at Davanagere. I scored 99, 93, 94 and 95 marks respectively in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology in the Second PUC examinations.  I visited a number of Education fairs  as well as Engineering Colleges before deciding to join here. It offered me full Tuition fee waiver. More impotantly, I was fascinated by the excellent infrastructure, the quality of teaching staff and the number of technical papers published by the students. I was also impressed with the Hostel facility.

I am D. Vibha, from Jakkur area in Bangalore. I scored in PCM subjects 91, 95, 86 marks respectively in the Second PUC examinations. My CET number is BZ040. I secured a CET ranking of 13670. I had made up my mind to join this College while I was still studying in PUC. This is because I watched my brother who is a student at this college progressing very well. In fact, he is the topper in the College. This made me to join here.

What some students of 2014-15 admission batch say?

I am very grateful to Dr. Ashok Gurudas, Chairman of Bangalore Diabetes Hospital, who influenced me to join this college. I find the coaching excellent with very good infrastructure. The college bus has helped us to reach college comfortably. I love the college ambience. Our college has the best results in VTU, with 100% passes in CSE and ECE branches.

I received very good feedback from the seniors at this college regarding results, teaching, infrastructure, and transport facility. This made me to join this year. We have good, hygienic and affordable canteen where I have lunch. Six library books are issued to us, one for each subject. We return them after exams are over. This has helped me to do very well in the exams.

Views by students from Nepal of 2014-15 admission batch

My brother and I joined this year. We are very happy with our decision. There are other Nepali students also studying here and staying in the Hostel. All the Nepalese are studying well because of the extra care taken by the staff. We freely mix with the locals. We are having a great time. I look forward to the vacation periods to explore whole of India.

I am from Nepal. I did my 10+2 from Hyderabad. I was very eager to do Engineering from Bangalore, as placement opportunities are excellent here. College provides me ‘Value for Money’. I find the hostel facility very good with clean furnished rooms with attached bath and good food. College has very caring teachers who listen to the problems of the Nepalese.

What a parent of 2013-14 admission batch says?

I would like to mention that there is personal attention by the faculty including the Principal who knows each and every student. This aspect sets apart our college from other institutions. My son enjoys going to college. The focus is on all round development of the students than just academics.

I am confident that the college will be definitely one of the best Engineering Colleges in Karnataka and will continue to strive for excellence in the field of technical education.

I am glad that I admitted my son to this college and I wish all the best for the Institution.

What some students of 2013-14 admission batch say?

I was having only 53% marks in PCM at 10+2 level with a CET rank of 58413. My father and I visited the College, as it was quite near to our house. I was impressed with the serene environment, excellent faculty and infrastructure and so I decided to join. We were all motivated by our Principal Sir who said that everyone in the college can improve by at least 10% over their 10+2 marks. With highly experienced staff teaching us, Engineering study is appearing very easy to me. I scored 84% in the very first semester. Now I want to see how I can improve on my percentage.

Our Principal, Dr. Udaya Kumar, earlier was Principal at BNMIT, Dr. AIT and HoD at MSRIT. My mother who works for BNMIT knew our Principal well and so I joined. I am glad to announce that now I am the topper in college for ECE branch with 81.2% and recipient of Smt. Tulasi Maganti Scholarship. I attribute my success to our excellent teaching staff.

Everyone at my home was upset with my PUC results. I had secured only 49% marks in PCM and a CET rank of 81567. I promised my parents to do well henceforth. I browsed through the websites of many colleges and finally decided on joning this College. I was also motivated like others in the college by the inspirational messages we see on all the walls. I am happy to announce that I secured 65% marks in the First semester exams. All teachers are exremely helpful and understanding. Even my classmates are very helpful. I got 6 books from the Library, one for each subject and the college is willing to give us more. Class tests are conducted like exams. Overall, the academic environment helped me to blossom.

I am from a rural background in Tumkur District and studied in Kannada medium till 10th standard. With my marks of 42.66% in PUC and CET rank 78972, I was still lucky to get into this college college through CET. I was new to using Computers like many others in my class. The teaching was so good that I scored 70% in Computer theory paper, 92% in Computer programming lab and 100% in Computer Aided Drawing. In fact, more than 50% of our college students scored more than 90% in Computer Aided drawing. We have such experienced teachers. I scored 68.4% marks in the first semester. I recommend the College whole heartedly to any student. Of course, you need to have good CET ranking to get into the College. I was very lucky to get admission last year.

I am glad to inform that I am the topper in college for CSE branch with 84.4% and recipient of Smt. Tulasi Maganti Scholarship. I chose this College for my study although there were other Engineering colleges closer to my home.  I had to consider the academic ambience, soft skill training, placement initiatives, mission & vision of the institutions. Needless to say, the College stood out in all these.

From the very first semester, we are trained to deliver presentations which helped many of us to overcome our stage fear. We are being trained to overcome our deficiencies in softskills as many of my friends are from rural background. We all sense a marked improvement overall. This will help us in getting placed at the time of our Campus placements during the sixth semester. Our Principal, staff and Governing Council are very well connected with the industry / software companies and we are assured of good placements. I had only 61% marks in my 10+2 and CET rank of 45608 but now, I have improved to 76.3%. We are all motivated every other day to better our previous performance.
